Celebrity Select Dining - enables you to reserve the time you wish to dine in the main restaurant on a day-by-day system and to book before sailing.

Clients can can go online to choose their desired dining time – between 6 p.m. and 9:30 pm – for each day of their cruise, up to four days prior to embarking. Reservations also can be made on board with the maitre d’.

Times are subject to availability, and those who choose Celebrity Select Dining must pay gratuities.

Now you have options. Choose flexible or traditional dining. Those who wish to customize Celebrity Select Dining will have the choice of dining with their own traveling companions or with other passengers.

Online booking for pre-cruise day-by-day dining reservations begin Oct. 15 for sailing dates beginning in January and February.

Oasis sets new Standards!

A Chef’s Table with a six-course menu and wine pairings is a new addition to Oasis of the Seas’ vast dining options.

The 14-seat venue will be located in the upper level of the Concierge Lounge and hosted by the executive chef and a sommelier.

The charge will be $70 per person, including wines and service.

The Chef’s Table will be available to all passengers, not just to the suite customers entitled to use the Concierge Lounge.

Separately, Royal Caribbean has developed a ‘Mix and Match’ menu for the Concierge Lounge that features different types of items at the passenger’s choice presented on a single plate.
